You can use the scale below to rate the difficulty of your workout. Keep in mind that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends adult get at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity (PRE 4-6) physical activity at least 5 days of the week. The physical activity can be anything from playing soccer to doing yard work.
