Getting and staying active is not always easy, especially if you are short on time. Here are some ways to fit physical activity into your daily life without having to change your schedule!

  • Play with your kids instead of watching from the sidelines.
  • Park the car farther away from your destination.
  • Get on or off the bus several blocks away.
