The Steps to a Healthier Arizona Campaign "Step It Up AZ" provides information (including interactive modules and online games) to promote healthy lifestyles that help prevent obesity and its complications (such as diabetes).  The goal of the Web site is to increase physical activity among residents of the southern Arizona border region and to educate them regarding obesity and its relationship to diabetes.
